Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
A winemaker favorite, this wine is truly complex with layers of flavors that continue to evolve as you experience each sip. Heavenly aromas of fig and plum are accompanied by undertones of olive, tea, incense, sage and lavender. The mouthfeel is luxurious and full, with flavors that mirror the nose. The finish is long and lovely, with a hint of chocolate. An intellectually satisfying wine, be sure to take time to explore the myriad of flavors hidden in this wine. Lovingly referred to as GSM in California (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre), this wine is actually a GSMCC with the addition of the lesser known Counoise and Cinsault grapes.
