There are no upfront fees to join the Club. Credit cards are charged just before each club shipment and costs are determined by your wine choices. Membership requires that the minimum number of bottles must be ordered for the club level selected. Varietals in each club order will be preselected for you; however, you may modify varietals or add to your order prior to shipment. We reserve the right to substitute any wines at equal or lesser value for local members who have not picked up the wine club release within 30 days.
Remember, an adult 21 or older must sign for your shipment, so ship to a business address when possible or hold with your tracking number at a UPS Store, CVS or Advanced Auto store (if via FedEx, FedEx location including Kinkos or Walgreens). Membership is a commitment of 3 seasonal club shipments within the first 12 months of membership, after which time your membership may be discontinued with one month notice, especially prior to a seasonal shipment - by calling the club office at 707-608-8448. MEMBERSHIPS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW ANNUALLY. Cancellations before the one year, three-shipment commitment will incur a minimum charge of $100 or discounts provided up to that point, whichever is greater. A 30 day notice to terminate your membership is required due to processing costs that begin prior to seasonal shipments. You may not skip a shipment or cancel within your first year of membership. After, you may skip one seasonal shipment without penalty. We appreciate your understanding.
