Tasting Notes
This wine is a wild child, full of surprises. It starts with a nose of ripe boysenberry and plum, but then takes a turn with unexpected notes of dried fig, balsamic and black pepper. On the palate, there's a hint of tobacco, tomato and dill, that gives it a rustic, earthy feel. The finish is long and lingering, making it a wine that will have you wanting more.
